Description:  Although PSP makes an excellent foundation for the application of Six Sigma techniques to software engineering, the standard SEI-authorized PSP training does not address the application of the Six Sigma tool kit for data analysis, continuous improvement, and process control.  This course supplements the PSP for Engineers course with the information necessary to use Six Sigma to analyze PSP data, systematically improve process performance, and to control process performance to improved levels.
