When we work with larger organizations, formal training covers a lot of these activities. For smaller organizations, we can train the responsible people one-on-one in an environment that would be closer to tutoring than to a classroom experience. All of our training reflects our fundamental belief that measurement is a pre-requisite for effective management, and that on-going management is a pre-requisite for an effective process. PS&J can also provide mentoring as needed during this phase, typically via teleconference, e-mail, or on-site visits.
